June 24, 2010 – NYC – Rocks Off Concert Cruise w/ Rich Medina

Tortured Soul returns to NYC in a rare nautical performance presented by DiverseCity Music and Deepa!

Departing from 41st Street on the west side, The Temptress will push its way north on the Hudson River, just far enough to get a great view of the George Washington Bridge. She then turns around to barrel down the Hudson, usually heading straight for the Statue of Liberty. She will nose up to offer incredible views of Lady Liberty before cruising the harbor.

Onboard, Tortured Soul will play a full live set, with Jump & Funk resident Rich Medina and fellow Brooklynite Brian Burnside setting the vibe the rest of the time, plus full bar, and 2 levels of dancing. Music, drinks, dancing, boating…what else could you ask for?

Tickets $25 Advance / $30 Day of Show

    Hey guys,

This is Reggie Johnson from Liquid Sound Lounge and From the Soundboard on WBAI 99.5 FM in NYC and I have two questions for y’all. Is there any way that I can offer tickets for the upcoming Rocks Off event. And second, I mentioned this to you briefly when your were on WBAI last year but do you have concerts recordings? I would love to showcase your talents. Let me know. (347) 512-3653 Thanks.
